This rewarding position is well suited for an experienced green industry professional who wants to work for one of the leading providers of Landscape Management services in the San Francisco Area. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage employees while implementing a contractual scope of work and site-specific horticultural practices. Has a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a working Crew Leader in a commercial, residential setting. QUALIFICATIONS • Insurable California Driver’s License • Crew Leaders work under the direction of Production Specialist and Account Manager and work cooperatively to schedule all required contractual scope of work and site-specific horticultural practices • Maintains job records, prepares daily timecards, materials use records and daily work schedules • Is responsible for daily interaction with clients and their staff while building an understanding of the client’s needs and expectations • Lead dedicated landscape staff member(s) in daily site operations, while developing their skills in landscape operations and horticulture. Is responsible to maintain a safe work environment while directing and implementing safe work practices. REQUIRED TRAITS • Enthusiastic, friendly, articulate with excellent verbal & written communication skills • Above average interpersonal and customer service abilities • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities DESIREABLE • Previous related experience in landscape or construction industry • A strong communicator and can communicate in English. Spanish is a PLUS Wonderful if you live in the city of San Francisco. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary – $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, DOE. Monday - Friday ~ 6:00AM - 2:30PM • Benefits available include - medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401k plan & Employee Stock Ownership Plan ESOP and other employee-based incentive programs

Job Requirements and Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED. Certificates & Licenses: Valid California Class C Driver’s License with driving record acceptable to SCTCA’s insurance. Knowledge Requirements: Working knowledge of the local Indian communities served. Ability to add, subtract, divide, and multiply. Basic ability to speak and write in English. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Experience: One year of related experience delivering or working in a warehouse. Experience working with Native American populations and agencies preferred. Physical: Lift and move objects regularly weighing up to 60 pounds. Conditions of Employment: Candidates are required to successfully complete background check and drug screening.
