We are seeking an experienced Child Care Cook to add to our growing team at our beautiful state-of-the-art childcare and preschool center in Strongsville, Ohio. As a Cook, you will be responsible for overall planning and food preparation in the Center. The candidate should be able to prepare and serve attractive nutritionally balanced meals to the center children and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food needed to meet menu requirements along with cleaning, sanitizing the kitchen and responsible for the unpacking of weekly delivered groceries. Responsibilities Assist with food prep and cooking for children in accordance with established menus and recipes. Comply with state and federal regulations for food safety and sanitation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage area, including routine cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of kitchen surfaces and equipment. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Must be able to pass a background check. Prior experience with assessing feasibility/cost and detailed design for excavation and off-site disposal projects, in-situ chemical injections (oxidant and reductant approaches), sub-slab depressurization systems, and other remedial systems is required. The successful candidate will work with junior engineers, geologists and environmental scientists to design and manage field work including groundwater, soil, soil vapor, and surface water sampling, manage and evaluate field and lab data, supervise contractors and drillers, and support the preparation of reports and conduct review of reports developed by junior staff. This individual will be responsible for cost estimating, proposals, invoicing, and client management. Prior experience with environmental investigations and remediation at E-Designation projects is a plus. This position may have some limited fieldwork at times. About the Role We're seeking a hands-on Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership for our Django-based SMS marketing platform. This is a critical role focused on maintaining stability while evolving a high-volume system. This position will build trust as a technical expert while helping the team make great decisions to improve and scale messaging infrastructure.
