Maintenance Under the direction of the Property Manager, or other appropriate administrative staff, the position is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment; including the development of a preventative maintenance plan, urgent repairs and general carpentry work. Must be conversant with the operation of all physical aspects of the property, work diplomatically to solve problems, be responsive to residents, and able to work as a team member with the Property Manager, and other property management staff members. Should be proactive by making periodic inspections of the property, diagnoses problems, and initiate the necessary action.
