We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to perform various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Assist technician with general maintenance and repairs on residential properties. Help technicians conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure proper functioning of systems. Help address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting needs as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Document completed work and report any additional issues or concerns. Requirements Must live in the West Palm area. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other basic devices needed. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills for client interactions. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects as needed. Valid driver's license with no driving offenses. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must have 2-5 experience in handyman field. Drywall installation, skim coating, and painting is a must.
