JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Grease removal from restaurants and other businesses using a truck equipped with a vacuum pump. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Drive/ Operate truck and vacuum pumps Pump and clean grease trap material from indoor/ outdoor grease traps Maintain and follow route Switch out or deliver cooking oil containers occasionally Miscellaneous tasks & projects in plant area QUALIFICATIONS: Good driving record Good attendance record Doesn’t mind getting dirty Doesn’t mind fluctuating hours Doesn’t mind early morning clock-in times (3am-6am) Able to handle smells and odors from food waste Access to a vehicle to get to and from work Physically able to lift 50+ lbs REQUIRED AFTER HIRED: Medical Card - for driving truck over state lines (Non-CDL) Costs approx. $80 Drug test required once hired – No Marijuana use allowed while employed. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in forming, pouring, finishing concrete and doing footers. Also specialized skills of installing various types of flood barrier systems. This role is critical for ensuring the structural integrity and flood resilience of our project. You will be responsible for preparing sites executing precise concrete work and meticulously installing flood protection measures according to project specifications. Key responsibilities.
