Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in floor preparation or related construction/maintenance work preferred. Grinding surfaces and experience with floor epoxy. Familiarity with floor sanding machines, scrapers, and chemical strippers a plus. Ability to work on hands and knees for extended periods. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy equipment. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Valid OSHA 10 or 30. Working Conditions: Work performed indoors and outdoors, sometimes in dusty or noisy environments.
