Job Description: Entry-Level Construction and Project Assistant Position Title: Entry-Level Construction and Project Assistant Location: 1228 S. 140th St Burien WA 98168 Job Type: Full-Time Job Duties Dispatch Management: Organize and dispatch crews each morning. Ensure crews have the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies. Quality Control: Visit job sites to check on progress and quality of work. Address any issues or needs that arise on-site. Customer Follow-Up: Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Project Bidding and Management: Prepare and submit project bids using Excel. Learn to fill out bid forms and create proposals. Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, overseeing work, and ensuring timely completion. Crew Supervision: Assist in directing and managing crews for various tasks and projects. Set timelines and ensure effective time management. Qualifications Proficient in Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors. Willingness to learn and adapt. No prior experience necessary; we will train you in all aspects of the job. Construction experience preferred. Fluent in English. Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles. Energetic and motivated. Looking for a long-term career and willing to grow over time in our specialized field. Eager to learn. Hands-on and proactive approach. Interest in both project management and fieldwork.
