Pinellas county tree grower. Looking for transplant person. watering,trimming. We also put the plants in the pots and help customers as they come to pick them up. We also run equipment for planting and mowing on this property.

Very busy exterior building restoration company seeking labor on multiple projects in the bay area. Looking for laborers, skilled trade and foreman for immediate positions. Most of our projects are on condos and you will be riding in a swing stage or a boom lift for access to the work areas. We do concrete repairs (not flat work) stucco, waterproofing, caulking, painting, framing and exterior repairs to the buildings. We offer very competitive wages and the benefits that are below. There is room to grow in the company so not a dead-end position. There is an initial drug test that must be passed. Our guys get 40 hours every week unless there is bad weather. We provide the large tools, but you will need to have hand tools. Valid driver's license, transportation and SS card required. The guys meet at the job sites and not at the office so you must have a vehicle (not a bike) to get there. Benefits we offer after 90-day probation: 2 paid sick days per year, 6 paid holidays per year, health insurance for individual with half paid by the company, vision, dental, life insurance and disability insurance and 1 weeks’ vacation after 1-year and 2 weeks’ vacation after 3 years. We are seeking out Lawn Formen and helpers with experience. Our aim is to employ fast paced individuals with quality level performance. Advancement opportunities are available within the company. Our work schedule is Monday - Friday and we start at 6:30. Trucks tend to head back in between 4-4:30 once the days list is done. Routes can be completed in 4.5 days depending on one's proficiency level. One still gets paid for a full week even if work is finished early. Our pay system is highly advantageous for those who are fast paced. Saturday work is optional an donly if work carries over for any reason. We seek formen with 4 years or more of experience and helpers that have minimum of 3 years of experience. The employee must be drug free, fast paced, skilled in all facets of Lawn maintenance, and work well in 2-3 person crews. Wages determined on skill set and truck route. We bring you in and send you with a crew for 1 day. Starting Pay is then determined based on skills and pace. Daily base rate: Helpers: $120-$140 Formen/Supervisors: $140-$170 Sign on bonus: $300 given after successfully completing 1 month

We are seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator for a pipe crew. Equipment includes: excavator, roller, dozer, grader, loader, etc. Must have experience laying pipe for storm drains, water, and sewer. Must also be ok with doing some manual labor. Duties could include hand raking, shoveling, and many other laborious tasks. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation. Pay depends on experience.
