Qualifications:  Must have a valid driver’s license  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.  Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.  Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
