We’re seeking a skilled Experienced Drain Field Laborer with an O&M Level 2 Certificate to join our Septic Service Team. This position focuses on drain field rehabilitation and new installations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of drain field or septic experience, holds an active O&M Level 2 Certificate, and is familiar with ServiceTitan or similar. Position Summary The Experienced Drain Field Laborer with an O&M Level 2 Certificate installs, maintains, and repairs drain fields. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role that includes trenching, grading, pipe laying, gravel placement, and assisting with troubleshooting and system installations across Pierce, King, and surrounding counties. Candidates should have a strong understanding of drain fields and septic systems, along with a high aptitude for plumbing-related work.
