Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues with building systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to avoid problems. Make repairs and installations of appliances and fixtures. Respond to emergency calls and address urgent issues. Property Upkeep: Prepare apartments for move-in and perform ongoing maintenance for current residents. Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. Manage landscaping and grounds maintenance as needed. Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for maintenance-related concerns. Provide clear feedback on completed work through work order notes or emails. Collaborate with property managers on tenant needs and business objectives. Locate and work with subcontractors for major projects.

Job description: Cleaning dog kennels,Cleaning horse stalls,and keeping grounds clean.this is a part time job but does require being able to do a split shift. So having good transportation is a must.
