Landscape Company hiring Driver/Laborer (campbell)

Award winning sustainable landscaping company in the South Bay Area is looking for experienced landscape workers for full time work. We will train you in our landscaping techniques and appreciate and reward those who want to advance to positions of responsibility. Driver/Laborer Position: This is a landscape construction position driving and working labor on job sites. Starting pay from $24-$27, depending on experience. Requirements:  Experience in the landscaping field (maintenance or construction)  Must have own transportation to start. Ability to take company vehicle home after 30 days.  CA Drivers License for 5 years and a clean driving record  Regularly lift up to 80 lbs.  Safely use landscaping tools, both hand and power tools.  Punctual, conscientious, honest and reliable  Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Some English is mandatory. Driver responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Maintain a clean and safe vehicle Report all services, like oil changes, new tires, brake work, that need to be completed to Project Manager. Report any damage to the truck to Project Manager immediately -Turn biweekly timecard and all purchase receipts to Project Manager -Load and unload materials from the truck -Pick up materials at various vendors as necessary for all jobs, take back materials when necessary -Take materials or items to dump as necessary -Haul any rental equipment as necessary -Work on job site when not driving, loading or unloading. This includes but is not limited to: Demo work, hauling, soil moving, digging, moving materials around a site, planting, irrigation work, ect. Basically any work onsite that needs to be completed and you are asked to do by the job supervisor. Compensation: Starting pay $24-$27 DOE Paid Holidays after 90 days Paid Time Off Medical coverage after 90 days (employee pays 50%, 100% for additional family members) State Retirement Saving Program (Roth IRA) ***This is a physically demanding job and you will be on your feet all day outdoors in all kinds of weather.
