Landscape Groundskeeper (hayward / castro valley)

Guidex Group is now hiring a Landscape Groundskeeper! About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Landscape Groundskeeper for a vehicle auction facility. This hands-on role involves a variety of landscaping and groundskeeping tasks to help keep properties clean, safe, and beautiful year-round. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily grounds maintenance and light building upkeep Mow, edge, and trim lawns and landscaped areas Plant, water, weed, and care for garden beds and outdoor plants Remove trash and debris; maintain clean walkways and parking areas Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Support seasonal clean-up efforts and assist with small outdoor repairs What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or groundskeeping Basic knowledge of gardening, plant care, and outdoor maintenance Skilled in using landscaping tools and power equipment Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety and cleanliness Valid driver’s license required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Schedule & Training: Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Initial Training: 3–4 days per week Transition to full-time upon completion of training period
