Snohomish Estate Landscape/General Labor Needed – This is a “jack-of-all-trades” kind of job. To include landscaping (emphasis on landscaping) & yard maintenance, weeding, spraying, painting and on occasion possible construction labor. Must have reliable transportation & be willing to have a criminal background check run. This can be a full-time or part-time job.

It takes 1.5-2 hrs to clean. This is a rental apartment like a hotel which means the dates of cleaning changes depending on when the renters book the apartment and it is not on a daily, weekly or monthly basis ONLY when renters decide to book the apartment. As a Fire Alarm Foreman, you will lead the installation of fire life safety systems on large commercial projects. Your responsibilities include managing field crews, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards. Work Schedule: Hours may vary. Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts (if needed). Your main responsibilities are to: Conduct final inspections Review project documents, and ensure all reporting and billing are accurate.
