Prime labor & Staffing has an open position working with a public municipality. This will be a temporary position lasting up to 960 hours. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 6am - 2:30pm. Basic mechanical knowledge and experience is required. Job duties will consist of, but are not limited to, performing basic automotive mechanical repairs (oil changes, tire rotation, etc), assisting mechanics with automotive repairs, shop clean up and maintenance. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75lbs. Change and reline trash receptacles on designated sites. * Hand pick large debris from island planters and property boundaries. * Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to management promptly. Ensure the safe use of and performance of equipment adhere to OSHA safety guidelines. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents in the workplace. * Follow environmental regulations and guidelines for proper disposal of waste materials collected during sweeping operations. * Daily upload of service photos at sites into company portal systems to provide visual documentation of site conditions and completion of work. * Complete and submit accurate inspections for vehicle and equipment issued under your care. * Utilize company technology, resources, and software tools for communication. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.
