As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to help expand our footprint and build lasting partnerships across the construction industry. About the Role: This is a hands-on, field-based B2B sales role focused on developing client relationships, promoting staffing solutions, and growing our market presence. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction staffing or commercial construction sales and thrive in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales to commercial contractors and construction companies Perform door-to-door sales and site visits to build new client relationships Attend morning safety meetings and actively engage with site supervisors and project managers Visit active construction job sites to identify staffing needs and promote services Maintain a regular sales route and prospecting schedule Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure delivery of qualified labor Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals Track sales activity, leads, and client interactions in CRM What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of sales experience in construction staffing or commercial construction Proven B2B sales success with the ability to build strong client relationships Comfortable with door-to-door sales and job site engagement Familiarity with construction job site safety practices and staffing workflows Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $75,000 – $92,500 Commission: $60,000 – $120,000+ annually (uncapped potential) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Vehicle Perk: Company vehicle or car allowance + paid gas PTO Match: We will match your current PTO (with proof from current employer) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement: 401(k) with company match Why Join Us?
