Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with residents, team members, and vendors effectively. Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional service to residents and creating a positive living experience. On Call Rotation:  Willingness to work a flexible schedule and participate in an on-call rotation to handle apartment maintenance emergencies. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
