This is a general construction position working on a residential remodel project. I am looking for someone with a driver's license but I can work with you if you don't have a DL. Safety is a priority on this project because of this I have a zero tolerance for alcohol and drug use. That means I expect you to be on time and sober each day when you show up to work. I am looking for someone who has a working knowledge of the common tools and practices used in construction, however the ability and humility to recognize that you are over your head and the willingness to ask for help can actually make up for a lack of experience. I am willing to teach anyone who is eager to learn. This is not a fast paced gig. The homeowner wants the best finished product he can get so sometimes it is better to slow down and do good work. The pay is $100/day. That includes drinks and lunch each day. It's not negotiable but it's also not the typical job site.
