CNC Apprentice – Entry to Mid-Level Role in Custom Wood Fabrication

We’re looking for a motivated CNC Apprentice to join our custom fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a basic foundation in CNC machinery or fabrication who’s ready to build their skills in a hands-on environment. You’ll be working closely with experienced team members on a variety of custom projects using wood and wood-based materials. What You’ll Do: • Assist with setup and operation of CNC routers and fabrication machinery • Learn to read and interpret cut lists, CAD files, and shop drawings • Support the team in sanding, assembly, and finishing tasks • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment • Gain real-world experience working on custom fabrication projects We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Has some hands-on experience or education in CNC operation or fabrication • Is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work • Can use basic hand and power tools safely and accurately • Can lift up to 75 lbs and work on their feet throughout the day • Has reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Bonus If You Have: • Familiarity with CNC routers, cabinetmaking, or shop tools • Previous experience in assembly or finishing (staining, sealing, hardware, etc.) Why Join Us? • Learn from a skilled team in a supportive, hands-on environment • Build a career in custom fabrication with room to grow • Stable full-time work with long-term potential for advancement
