Available: 6 am - 8 pm (Monday - Sunday) Position Summary The Car Wash Attendant Is responsible for providing efficient and high-quality service to customers by preparing vehicles for washing, assisting In the operation of car wash equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment. The attendant also ensures a smooth flow of vehicles through the car wash facility, contributing to a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle Preparation: - Assist in preparing vehicles for entry into the car wash by ensuring windows are up, positioning blue tape and or Wiper bags on all rear window wipers, making sure the vehicle is put into neutral, and kindly offering the customer an air freshener. 2. Equipment Operation Support: - Guide vehicles onto the conveyor belt or into the wash tunnel, ensuring they areproperlyaligned. - Monitor the automatic wash process to ensure all equipment is functioning properlyand thevehrc.te is cleaned thoroughly. - Assistwith basic maintenance tasks such as clearing debris from the wash tunnel,refillingdeaning agents, or adjusting equipment settings as necessary. - Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to the Lead Car Wash Attendant/Machine Operator. - Help reset equipment after any malfunctions or emergencies and assist in routinedeaning of equipment. 3. Flow of Vehicles: - Assist in directing the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the car wash facility toensure smooth operations and minimize wait times. - Coordinate with other team members to manage traffic and preventdelays. 4. Site Maintenance & Cleanliness: - Maintain thecleanliness of the car wash facility, including picking up trash,sweeping, and ensuring the work area is free of hazards. - and maintain car wash equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent breakdowns. inspect and restock supplies such as towels, cleaning agents, and customer amenities (air fresheners, Blue Microfiber towels). - Ensure the vacuum stations are operational and free of debris, and clean the surrounding area to enhance the customer experience. - Assist in setting up and organizing supplies, tools, or equipment required for daily operations and promotional events. 5. Safety & Compliance: - Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and staff. - Ensure all safety protocols are followed, especially when guiding venicles onto the conveyor belt or during manual cleaning. 6. Professionalism & Customer Focus: - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while Interacting with customers. - Ensure all customer interactions are positive, helpful, and aimed at enhancing their overall experience. 7. Additional Duties: - Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Car Wash Attendant/Machine Operator or management to support the smooth operation of the facility. Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: Previous experience in a car wash or automotive environment is beneficial but not required. - Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members. - Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and the site is well- maintained. - Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and coordinate efforts to ensure smooth operations. - Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
