Apartment Cleaner - Inside and Outside (Dallas, Addison, Fort Worth, The Colony)

Description: YBMG is seeking an experienced full-time cleaner. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Compensation is $20 per hour. Responsibilities and Requirements: • The candidate must have prior experience cleaning rooms or apartments • The candidate must be able to perform general cleaning including sweeping and mopping offices and laundry rooms, cleaning hallways, cleaning hallway lights, removing or collecting trash throughout the property, sweeping parking lots, etc. • The candidate will clean cobwebs, windows, refrigerators, bathrooms, sweep floors, vacuum carpets, polish stainless steel, remove trash, etc. • A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement • The person must be reliable, able to work overtime and weekends if necessary. • The candidate must have a car. • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of workplace safety practices and be able to complete safety training conducted by the company. • The candidate must be kind and respectful to coworkers and residents. • The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills. • The candidate must have integrity and always be professional. • The candidate must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check • The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. • The candidate must be able to climb ladders up to 6 feet high. • The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
