HVAC license is required for the position and have hands-on experience with building mechanical systems including boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing. The candidates will have 5 years’ facility management experience, 3 of which is in a facility (s) of similar size, scope and complexity. Therefore, it requires strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication and computer literacy.
