Deep understanding of California’s climate, native plants, soil types, and environmental conditions. Expertise in integrated pest management, irrigation systems, and sustainable gardening practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
