Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen, as it is required for the clearance associated with this position Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing direct reports across multiple functional areas (business, technical, administrative, or analytical). Demonstrated experience leading teams supporting federal acquisition or small business programs. Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Small Business Act. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including advanced Excel for data analysis.
