JN Land Maintenance is looking for a landscape technician/gardener who will safely operate landscape maintenance equipment and tools to ensure all plant materials and features are maintained. Perform all work on schedule in a timely and safe manner. Take professionalism seriously and provide an excellent representation of the company. Responsibilities: • Mowing and edging lawns. • Pruning shrubs and trimming hedges. • Using leaf blowers and other power equipment. • Weeding and maintaining flower beds. • Applying mulch. • Picking up trash and debris. • Fertilization. • Simple irrigation repairs. • Planting seasonal colored flowers. • Time-tracking. • Driving. Requirements: • Valid California driver's license. • At least 2 years of experience in professional maintenance. • Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading and writing). • Good driving record.
