Description

Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas. Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with health and safety standards. Assist in the organization of storage areas and equipment used for cleaning. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus. Familiarity with hospitality standards and housekeeping management is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
