Position Description As the Technician Manager at Incredible Pizza Company, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of arcade games, attractions, computer systems, AV systems, kitchen equipment, and general facility upkeep. Reporting to the General Manager and Vice President of Technical Services, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring all equipment is operating efficiently and safely. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership, all while fostering a supportive, team-oriented work environment. Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of management experience in a technical field preferred Minimum age requirement: 21 years Strong understanding of amusement equipment maintenance and repair Ability to repair and replace small motors, gears, transmissions, and tires Experience leading a team of technicians, setting daily objectives, and ensuring follow-ups Proficiency in troubleshooting software systems Ability to climb ladders, work on scaffolding, and access hard-to-reach areas for repairs Skilled in using hand tools, installations, and assembling arcade equipment Capable of lifting 25+ lbs and working in physically demanding positions Ability to differentiate colors and perform precise soldering on small components Knowledge of AV system troubleshooting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is a plus Strong electronics repair and troubleshooting skills Key Responsibilities & Perks Ensure all arcade games, attractions, and equipment are maintained and operational Keep the Tech Office secured, neat, and organized Monitor safety standards, ensuring guests and employees use equipment properly Maintain a documented inventory of spare parts and coordinate orders with IPC Corporate Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems as needed with corporate approval Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance documentation Maintain an accurate “Down Game” log and communicate equipment status with the Game Room Manager and General Manager Assist in training new technicians, opening new stores, and game rotations when needed Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO):Paid Time Off (PTO): You will receive 2 weeks (80 hours) of PTO after your first year.
