Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently. Document technical procedures and user guides for clients. Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems. Install and configure new technology for clients, including hardware, operating systems, and software. Provide training to clients on new systems and technologies. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry. Assist with special projects that require technical expertise. Ensure data security and privacy protocols are followed. Experience with security infrastructure tools such as IAM & access control, encryption & key management, vulnerability management and threat detection systems. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards relevant to cloud security.
