We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to support our maintenance operations across our various locations. The Handyman will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our offices. This role requires a proactive individual with a diverse skill set, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Conduct repairs and maintenance on various parts of the building, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and address them promptly. Assist with minor renovations, moving furniture, and setting up office spaces. Respond to maintenance requests from staff and complete tasks efficiently. Coordinate with external service providers when specialized repairs are needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and supplies are stored properly. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.” Pay Rate: $20-$25 hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with team members and staff. Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and general repair techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand, and bend for extended periods. Drivers license and a clean driving record. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications are a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
