Core Responsibilities: Using clinical assessment tools to monitor and adjust treatments based on progress and goals. Keeping thorough and accurate documentation through an easy-to-use digital portal. Working collaboratively with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical support. Requirements Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited school. Current independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California. At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist. Experience with evidence-based therapies for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
