Shore Haven provides treatment and support for adults who live with a severe and persistent mental illness as their primary diagnosis. Often times participants entering the program struggle with other co-occurring diagnoses, such as a particular substance use disorder. The Shore Haven program provides treatment six (6) hours each weekday, from 9am-3pm. Transportation arrangements can be made to accommodate program attendance. Partial Care day treatment services exist for those people who find it difficult to maintain their lives in the community because of a behavioral health illness. It is utilized as a step-down for treatment following a hospitalization stemming from a mental health crisis. We assist in connecting people to the community in a way that is valuable to them while improving overall behavioral and physical health. Ability to work closely with members of the legal department to translate feedback into contract redlines and responses. Highly organized with the ability to manage projects from initial idea phases to the final deliverable. A diligent, independent worker with a bias towards action and moving projects and deliverables forward.
