In this critical role, you will be responsible for supervising HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring that installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance work performed by the crew. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and project requirements. Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment. Inspect and evaluate the quality of work completed, making corrections as necessary. Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates on progress and resolve any issues. Facilitate training and development of new technicians to improve their skills and performance. Monitor inventory levels of tools and equipment, ensuring readiness for upcoming jobs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Current HVAC certifications and licenses as required by local regulations. Ability to work flexible hours and on weekends as needed for project deadlines.
