We pride ourselves on hustling hard, operating better together, and forging trust each step of the way.   Job Overview As a Foreman at RIGUPATL, you will oversee and coordinate operations on-site to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Your leadership and expertise will guide a team of skilled workers while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You will play a critical role in bridging communication between management and site staff, driving productivity, and ensuring that deadlines are met.   Duties and Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Design and execute detailed lift plans. Drive and maneuver all trucks as required on-site. Supervise and mentor field personnel to ensure optimal productivity, reporting to General Foreman as needed. Oversee crew activities, ensuring adherence to safety and project requirements. Ensure all safety protocols are followed and foster a culture of safety. Evaluate and approve work completed by project teams, maintaining high-quality standards. Communicate project updates, issues, and concerns to management promptly. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inventory requests. Resolve operational issues as they arise to minimize disruptions. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all on-site equipment. Facilitate training for new staff and encourage a collaborative work environment. Assist in project planning and execution, aligning activities with company objectives. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role in the construction or rigging industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Required certifications include: OSHA 30, Forklift Certification, Advanced Rigger, Signalman Certification. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledgable in Microsoft/Word. Proficient in project management and scheduling software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Benefits The hourly compensation range for this role is between $33.00 - $36.00.
