New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week, earn $18/hr and up to $25/hr . Current group fitness certification from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, Zumba). Current CPR and First Aid certification. Experience teaching group fitness classes preferred. Ability to adapt teaching styles and offer modifications for varying abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -- Work Environment & Physical Demands -- Classes may be held in studios, community centers, pools, parks, or outdoor spaces. Frequent walking, standing, demonstrating exercises, and lifting/moving equipment required. Ability to adapt to varying temperatures, lighting, sound systems, and facilities. Must respond quickly in emergency situations. -- Contract Scope of Work -- Serve as a substitute instructor as needed, coordinated with HLH. Work with HLH to schedule class dates and times. At Amazing Athletes we teach children ages 18 months to 12 years old the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports in a fun, non-competitive environment. We are in the middle of a company-wide expansion and are seeking high-energy individuals to join our rock star team! You MUST enjoy having fun. You should LOVE sports and working with children.
