Outdoor Resort Wellness & Event Facilitator – West Side (Tues + Thu) (kaanapali)

A boutique events company needs an upbeat host to facilitate outdoor guest experiences and entertainment activities at a luxury West-Maui resort two evenings a week. Part-time W-2 · $20/hr + tips. We create fun sunset gatherings and special events for resort guests. Our mission is guest delight. Position Snapshot: -Status: Part-time W-2 employee -Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, ~2:30 PM–10:30 PM -Pay: $20 per hour + tips (paid bi-weekly) -Location: Ocean-front lawn / pool deck, West Maui (exact property shared at interview) Key Responsibilities -Greet 30–50 guests per session with warm, professional aloha -Check guests in using FareHarbor on a tablet -Provide upbeat guest communications and premium face-to-face customer service -Set up & break down event equipment (for instance: canopies, equipment tubs, tables; lift up to 50 lbs) -Ensure guest safety -Equipment management and check-in/check-out -On-site Retail Sales and Activity Sales You’re a Great Fit If You… -Thrive outdoors and can stay energetic for multi-hour evening shifts -Have hospitality, concierge, activity desk, or group-fitness experience (no certifications required) -Learn software quickly—prior FareHarbor experience is a huge plus -Project a healthy, professional image that's aligned with luxury resort brands -Have reliable West-Maui transportation and a smartphone for shift comms Nice-to-Have Extras: -Experience coordinating events -Ability to encourage social-media sharing without being pushy -Sales ability to pre-sell and up-sell guests -Hold a CPR/First Aid certification -Have experience leading kids activities or working with children -Bubbly and outgoing personality who loves making people happy If producing transformative experiences for Maui visitors lights you up, we'd love to hear from you!
