As our operations grow, we are looking for a skilled Software Developer / IT Specialist who can support our technology needs, particularly in maintaining and developing our FileMaker Pro systems. Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on developer/IT professional with strong experience in FileMaker Pro. The ideal candidate will help us manage, optimize, and enhance our existing databases, while also supporting other IT functions as needed. Key Responsibilities * Design, maintain, and improve FileMaker Pro databases to support business workflows. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with FileMaker Pro and related systems. * Collaborate with staff to customize solutions that improve efficiency and reporting. * Provide IT support for day-to-day operations (software, hardware, and network troubleshooting). * Implement best practices for data security, backup, and performance optimization.
