I am seeking one experienced sales professional who lives here in Denver to partner with me in bringing premium automation systems and custom builds to businesses nationwide. This is a single seat role with commission only pay but high reward for the right closer. What I Offer Clients • Custom automation systems that solve lead capture and workflow problems • Full BPA solutions built in Python that integrate directly into any existing stack • AI assistants and bots for call centers and client communications • Voice automation systems and concierge style setups • The ability to create virtually any automation or client engagement solution a business needs The Role • Connect with contractors service businesses law firms and other companies that need automation and efficiency • Present the value of my custom builds and show how they transform operations • Close deals at a steady pace of one build per week while I scale onboarding • Operate independently with nationwide coverage Compensation • Ten percent commission per build • Base builds begin at twenty thousand dollars which pays out two thousand dollars per deal closed • Larger builds and custom projects pay even higher commissions • No cap on commissions What I Am Looking For • A confident professional male sales rep with proven B2B closing experience • Comfortable speaking directly to business owners and decision makers • Independent entrepreneurial and results driven • Respectful partner who understands I am the builder and brain behind every system delivered This is not a team role. WE NEED YOU: We are seeking a Charles River CRIMS C# Developer to design, develop, and maintain the services and APIs that support a complex, data-driven web application for the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-performance, scalable applications using ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, business stakeholders, and data teams to ensure seamless integration between the backend and the user interface. You will have an opportunity to have a significant impact on backend architecture and API development while working on cutting-edge technology for a financial institution handling critical market data. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core to support frontend functionality. • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architecture. • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth API integration. • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, indexing, and query tuning. • Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks. • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into backend modules and services. • Design and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, OpenID Connect, or Azure AD. • Implement event-driven architecture with message queues (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or NServiceBus). • Ensure data consistency and integrity across different modules and databases. • Optimize application performance and scalability to handle large volumes of financial data. • Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure reliability and maintainability of the codebase. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development best practices. • Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environments using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL. • Monitor and troubleshoot backend performance issues, logging, and error handling. REQUIRED SKILLS: • Experience with Charles River CRD platform • 8+ years of experience in development using C# and ASP.NET Core/Angular. • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices. • Experience with SQL Server and proficiency in writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance. • Knowledge of Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks. • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Service Bus. • Experience with authentication and security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect. • Experience in event-driven architectures and working with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka. • Understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and caching mechanisms (Redis, Azure Cache for Redis, etc.). • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
