WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data sets in Zoho Analytics and Zoho CRM. - Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline workflows across departments. - Support and expand EDI integrations with key partners and platforms. - Create and manage data pipelines for reporting, forecasting, and analytics. - Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to design data solutions that improve efficiency. - Troubleshoot software integrations and data issues, providing clean, actionable outputs. - Document processes, create training materials, and support business stakeholders in leveraging dashboards and reports.
