Fuel Tax & Compliance • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of fuel tax reporting (IFTA and other applicable jurisdictions). • Collect, validate, and reconcile fuel usage, mileage, and tax data. • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. Pricing & Customer Support • Develop and maintain pricing models for dedicated customers, incorporating cost inputs, market data, and operational factors. • Support customer proposals, RFPs, and renewals with financial and routing analysis. • Collaborate with account managers and, when required, present findings and recommendations directly to customers. Job Summary Under minimal supervision serves as operating lead for network systems and network communications. Designs, installs, and manages networking and communication solutions. Proactively locates and corrects potential areas of trouble. Configures and manages Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN architecture and routing, IDS/IPS, and network security systems. Assists the team in ensuring member services are operational 24x7 and supports organization strategic goals and objectives. Essential Functions • Architects, designs, implements, and supports credit union network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN, wireless, telephony, vendor circuits, and other communication systems. • Architects, designs, implements, and supports credit union network to ensure high availability of systems including Citrix, Microsoft Windows Server, Email, Virtual Servers (HyperV), Web Filtering, and Database Systems. DNI/Creative IT Solutions is providing all systems administration and network engineering skill sets for the US Army's global email systems for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Install, configure, administer and maintain currently supported and subsequent versions of network offerings within a commercial cloud tenant construct. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), The contractor shall ensure all documents and reports are written and formatted properly. Monitor tenant performance utilizing cloud based monitoring and alerting software. Ensures that all projects they are supporting have the latest updates on and that government leadership is tracking any priority efforts that are not expected to meet mission timelines. The contract should be prepared to participate in high level briefings for workload they are supporting. All contractor actions must be done in accordance with official government guidelines to maintain compliance with all government policies and process.
