The Financial & Operations Analyst iis primarily responsible for overseeing the business finance and operational analytics for the Company. Fuel Tax & Compliance • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of fuel tax reporting (IFTA and other applicable jurisdictions). • Collect, validate, and reconcile fuel usage, mileage, and tax data. • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or logistics (transportation industry preferred). • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling). • Ability to learn new financial, operational, and routing systems quickly. • Exposure to programming/statistical tools (Python, R, SQL, or similar) is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support both internal stakeholders and external customers. • Ability to work on-site and collaborate across departments.
