Job Title: Field Service Technician Location: Atlanta Metro Area Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Service Technician with at least three (3) years of hands-on experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electronics, IP phones, security cameras, and household or commercial appliances. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a technical service team. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and repair a variety of electronic devices and systems, including IP phones, security cameras, and connected appliances. • Troubleshoot technical issues onsite and provide timely, effective solutions. • Perform preventative maintenance and quality checks to ensure optimal equipment performance. • Accurately document all work performed and communicate status updates to customers and management. • Maintain a clean, professional work environment and uphold company standards during all service calls. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of field service or technical repair experience. • Strong knowledge of electronic systems, networking fundamentals, and basic electrical principles. • Experience with tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift and move equipment as required (up to 50 lbs). Preferred: • Certifications in electronics, networking (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco), or related technical fields. • Experience with VoIP systems, CCTV setups, and smart home installations. Title: Senior System Infrastructure Engineers Duties: Administer, maintain, install, configure, and support IT Infrastructure including, Windows Server & Citrix Infrastructure; utilize VMware, VSphere, PVS , SCCM, SCOM, VCenter, ESXi, Citrix XenApp 5.0, 6.0, 7.x, Citrix XenDesktop, Horizon View, etc ; collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex infrastructure issues; design & implement infrastructure upgrades & migrations; provide technical expertise in applying security policies; involve in routine systems maintenance including backup, performance tuning scheduling, etc.; train users. Requirements BS or foreign equivalent (combination of education is accepted) in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Technology or Business Administration or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years’ experience in system administration using Citrix Infrastructure (OR) Associates degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Technology or Business Administration or Related and 7 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years’ experience in system administration using Citrix Infrastructure.
