Product Manager, Internal Tools (Venice, CA)

Seed Health, Inc. in Venice, CA seeks a Product Manager, Internal Tools. Responsibilities: Responsible for performing in-depth systems analysis to identify areas for improvement and synthesizing complex technical and analytical insights into strategic development plans to create and implement well-structured systems for internal stakeholders to enable platform and operational growth of the company; analyzing internal stakeholders’ processes and needs, and identifying measures to support their growth and efficiency through product features; devising compelling strategies to drive projects forward, inspire the team, and deliver more value for each project; collaborating with cross-functional team members across engineering, data science, operations research, to define and support long-term strategies and development initiative to continuously scale and optimize Seed’s platform to meet ever-evolving market demands and business requirements; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to headquarters in Venice, California. Salary Range $164,798 - $175,000. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent). Requirements: Three (3) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related positions. Other special requirements: Three (3) years of experience working with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar data technologies; three (3) years of experience working with NetSuite, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; and three (3) years of experience scaling software solutions for internal stakeholders in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams.
