We are looking to hire 2 individuals that are hard working and want to learn to solve problems. The job duties require employees to pull network cable and fiber optic cable through commercial and Industrial buildings. We put ends on cabling and fiber optics as well. No experience is required but is helpful.

"• 6-7 years of experience in Engineering and Release Management in Broadband/networking domain • A strong technical background in Software engineering including best practices and understanding of software development lifecycle. • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery • Good in Release Management experience in Agile environment. • Lead and own activities that would drive Release excellence on all RDK devices • Excellent organizational, technical, problem solving, and communication skills • Document processes, identify potential points of failure, and perform root cause analysis. We are looking to hire someone who has experience in Cat6 cabling and installation, TV mounting, POS installation, networking to start part time and progress from there. We are offering $30 per hour and you must have your own tools, transportation, etc. Also be well dressed, spoken, and clean. If interested contact us, we want someone to start as early as tommorrow. We have alot of work, all through the year with an opportunity to go fulltime.

Datacom Tech 3 – $26 to $32 • Ability to give direction to small numbers of crew members (i.e., the lead may task a T3 to run small crew on a particular floor of a building or a specific aspect of the project) • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders:  Communication with Telco Data PM on manpower and material needs  Communication with clients/customers • Proven industry knowledge through certifications including but not limited to:  SYSTIMAX I&M  Corning See the Light Trainings  BICSI Installer or BICSI Tech • Mid to high-level understanding of copper and fiber products and their installation methods  Installation of Category Cabling  Installation of Coaxial cabling  Installation of Fiber cabling • Ability to terminate most standard industry connectors including but not limited to:  SYSTIMAX  Panduit Mini-Com and Netkey  Leviton • Mid-to-high-level understanding of bonding and grounding systems, including but not limited to:  Ability to install all aspects of bonding and grounding for telecom systems.  Ability to locate incorrect installation techniques through visual inspection. • High level of understanding of firestopping principles as it pertains to telecom pathways. • OSHA 30 • Entry to mid-level understanding of fiber optic principles and termination techniques, including but not limited to:  Mechanical Splicing  Fusion Splicing  Connectors • Communicate Clearly with other trades the needs and challenges relating to our scope. • Understanding what is or is not in our scope of work on the assigned project. • Ability to identify risks and challenges ahead of time. • Knowing what material is needed to complete the project. • Ability to direct and train lower-level technicians. • Understanding the definition of a complete project  All devices installed and tested.  Customer training  Panel neatly dressed and all cables labeled. • Ability to understand and complete job specific paperwork.  JSA  Safety reports  Weekly progress reports  As built drawing.  Effective and professional email • Basic understanding of Plan Grid and related jobsite software • Complete understanding of blueprints and related architectural symbols • Effective time management  Know the hours allotted for the assigned project.  Ability to manage the time of each lower-level technician.  Lead by example  Punctuality • Complete all tasks proficiently.
