Troubleshoot performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for scalability, efficiency, and overall system stability. Lead and mentor a team of Java backend developers, providing technical guidance, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting best practices. Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 14+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development, with a proven track record of building and deploying scalable and high-performance systems. Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading REST APIs, and Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar), with experience in designing and optimizing database schemas and queries. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
