This role is perfect for animal lovers who enjoy spending time outdoors and have a passion for providing excellent care to dogs of all breeds and sizes. As a Dog Walker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of our furry clients while providing exceptional customer service to their owners. Walkers will be responsible for walking clients’ dogs on a regular basis.  The schedule may vary due to clients’ needs and may include mornings, midmornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Gas allowance included on top of compensation for each visit. Choice of Locations: Norfolk, Franklin, Walpole, Medfield, Millis, Wrentham, Foxboro, Norwood, Westwood, or Dedham area. Responsibilities: - Walk dogs in various weather conditions, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and mental stimulation. - Maintain control of dogs at all times, using appropriate leashes and harnesses. - Monitor the behavior and health of each dog during walks, reporting any concerns to the owner promptly. - Provide fresh water and ensure dogs are comfortable during breaks. - Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior, needs, and any incidents that may occur during walks. - Follow specific instructions from pet owners regarding care routines or special requirements for each dog. - Keep accurate records of walks, including duration and any noteworthy observations about the dogs. Requirements: - Live in Norfolk, Franklin, Walpole, Medfield, Millis, Wrentham, Foxboro, Norwood, Westwood, or Dedham area. - Must have availability Mon-Fri from 10 am to 2 pm - Previous experience with dog handling or pet care is preferred but not mandatory. - Reliable transportation to travel between client locations as needed. - Mobile phone with texting capabilities - Internet access - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with pet owners. - A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being. - Ability to handle multiple dogs at once while maintaining control and safety. - Must be physically fit to walk dogs for extended periods in various environments. - Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, including weekdays and weekends.
