POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME) HOURS: 7:30–4:00, Mon–Fri (1/2 hour lunch) DEPARTMENT: Office REPORTS TO: Operations Manger STATUS: Non-Exempt PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES Customer liaison for dealers, distributors, and retail customers from order entry through product shipment. JOB DUTIES • Answer phone and direct calls as needed • Return email quote requests and answer online questions • Greet walk in customers • Process customer orders • Manage order changes and rectify customer concerns as needed • Follow up on customer quotes NECESSARY SKILLS • Excellent phone presence • Excellent communication skills written and verbal • Solid familiarity with domestic 4WD trucks • Full command of written and spoken English • Working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
