Synergy Lounge Our coffee shop/elixir bar and kitchen is seeking additions to our team! Synergy is Sedona’s premier organic and vegan/vegetarian coffee lounge, elixir house, bulk herbs Apothecary, and so much more! We feature over 40 local vendors including our own CBD wellness brand. We specialize in organic vegan chocolate, locally made products/suppplements/books and so much more! Our team is a heart-centered, growing family, currently in need of one or two more baristas to craft our unique beverage menu of over 30 incredibly delicious and healthy drinks. We need committed, self-motivated, and heart-centered support. The ability to multitask and make tasty drinks efficiently with a smile is what we are looking for. Schedule: The position is part time with the potential for growth. Shifts are typically 5 - 6 hours. Must be willing to work weekends, some nights, and occasionally fill in for vacations. Schedule flexibility is a plus but we do our best to accommodate everyone’s scheduling desires. Front of the House Barista Position Responsibilities Include: * Creating and serving a very unique line of healthy, organic, vegan and locally-sourced drinks, coffees, teas, and herbal elixirs. * Amazing, friendly customer service * Stocking drink materials, chocolate case & retail sections (crystals, jewelry, herbal & beauty products) (Knowledge of the herbs, crystals, raw chocolate a plus!) * Keeping equipment clean * Washing lounge dishes * Barista drink prep side work * Sales * Occasionally hosting community events - music box and coffee, chat social forums. This is NOT a short-term position, as our unique line of organic, vegan drinks requires mixology-level training (which we provide) practice before proficiency... Minimum 6 month commitment. 1 year preferred. Raises given over time. No short term residents for this position please. Thank you. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, business, or related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical service, customer support, or repair operations, preferably in the pro audio or electronics industry. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a service department. • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing audio electronics. • Proficiency in soldering through-hole and surface mount components • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills for troubleshooting with clients. Both over the phone and email. • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize service repairs and requests, integrating occasional VIP cases requiring high prioritization. • Comfortability working in windows terminal / PowerShell for remote firmware updates • Proficiency with service management software and CRM tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Product QC and testing for replacement parts for completed repairs. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in professional audio, recording studio equipment, or related fields. • Knowledge of electronic circuits, schematics, and test equipment. • Understanding of warranty and service logistics, including international service support.
