Operations Assistant Location: Wenatchee, WA Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 32–36 hours/week (occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays) Compensation: Hourly, DOE | Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave About Serve Wenatchee Serve Wenatchee Valley is a faith-based nonprofit committed to meeting the practical needs of our neighbors with compassion and dignity. We operate programs like the Fresh Hope Market and ReFind Furniture Ministry to provide food, furniture, and hope to families in crisis. Position Overview We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Operations Assistant to help run our Fresh Hope Market and ReFind Furniture Ministry. This role blends physical work with meaningful client interaction, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
