ShareOPEN HIRING FAIR – Damselfly Flowers @ DeCicco & Sons We’re hiring Sales Associates ($18/hr) and Team Leads ($20/hr) for our supermarket floral department locations inside DeCicco & Sons Markets. Open Interviews will be held at 52 Virginia Rd, White Plains, NY 10603 on September 16th Times: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM OR 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM. Please bring your resume and i9 documents for same day hire. About the Roles - You’ll be the face of Damselfly inside DeCicco & Sons - keeping displays fresh, helping customers, and running our mini flower shops within the store. Important to note: This is NOT a floral design position. You’ll be caring for flowers and serving customers, not arranging bouquets. Sales Associates, Part Time: ($18/hr) - Must be available at least two (2) eight-hour shifts per week. 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred Team Leads, Full Time ($20/hr) - Must have flexible availability up to 5 days/week 1-3 years of customer service and/or leadership experience required Comfortable leading and supporting a small team Must Haves - 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Reliable transportation to and from store locations - Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs - Positive attitude and eagerness to connect with customers Work Locations: Inside DeCicco & Sons Markets (various stores).
