We are a Hilo-based land tour company providing sightseeing tours to Japanese and Hawaii local customers and currently looking for hard-working, customer-service oriented and detail-driven candidates for the following position: #1) (HILO) JAPANESE-SPEAKING TOUR GUIDE/DRIVER (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME/ON-CALL) *Guide Japanese-speaking guests in 15-pass. vans to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and other locations on the east side of Hawaii Island. *Must be able to lift 25 pounds, climb steps, have a positive attitude and feel comfortable driving large vehicles. *Previous tour guide, travel industry or customer service experience encouraged, but not required. *Must be over 21 years old. *Employment type: Full-time (4-5 days per week) or part-time (1-3 work days per week). *Compensation: $20-25/hr (training starts at $15-$17/hr). *Health benefits for full-time include dental and vision. *Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours. *Fluency in Japanese required. *Clean traffic abstract issued by the State of Hawaii required (for the past 3 years). *This position is available immediately. *Must love Hawaii Island and the outdoors.
