Valid ID will be required to confirm age during the hiring process. We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our cannabis delivery company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Proficient computer use, including Word, Excel. • Packing and preparing customer orders for delivery. • Answering phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries. • Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate product counts. • Organizing and restocking products to ensure efficiency. • Assisting drivers with order coordination and updates. • Monitoring order flow and ensuring timely preparation for delivery. • Maintaining compliance with company policies and state regulations. • Supporting management with daily office tasks as needed. • Keeping the office environment organized, clean, and professional. Work Hours: • Flexible availability between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (shifts or scheduled hours will be assigned). • Weekend and evening availability may be required. Qualifications: • Previous office, retail, or cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong focus on customer service and friendliness • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person). • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the cannabis industry. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
